After Five Years of UNEP Nueva Esparta University Scholarships Program gives new social responsibility
In a meeting filled with great emotion and a massive turnout among students, teachers, authorities took out the most recent delivery of program grants UNEP, Universidad Nueva Esparta Social Support Program.
